These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by DSD 1998, registered in the Netherlands.

2. Services

We provide installation and maintenance of internet infrastructure, including:

• Fiber optic installation

• Network cabling (LAN/Ethernet)

• Connection setup and configuration

• Technical support and troubleshooting

 

All services are delivered based on individual agreements with the client.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are agreed in advance or provided via quotation.

• Payments can be made via online payment providers (e.g. Mollie).

• Payment must be completed before or upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• If work has already started, costs may be charged proportionally.

• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Loss of data or business interruption

• Damages caused by third-party providers

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Warranty

We ensure that our services are delivered professionally.

Any defects must be reported within 7 days after service completion.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
